The Barn is a newly renovated indoor/outdoor space designed for celebrating life’s special moments, from micro weddings & elopements, to birthdays, reunions, retreats, or corporate team meetings. Whether you’re gathering for a special occasion or a long overdue reunion, we provide the perfect backdrop for your celebration ensuring every moment is unforgettable.
Group / Event Space Options

Barn Venue Rental: $1,000
The Barn Venue is perfect for a brunch, afternoon, or evening event such as a rehearsal dinner, wedding/baby shower, corporate/team dinner, local family reunion, or holiday party.
Includes:
8 hours exclusive use of the indoor and outdoor spaces at the barn venue
6 burner gas grill
Bonfire pit – unlimited pre-chopped firewood available
Large flat screen Smart TV
Bluetooth Speakers
Tables, Chairs, Linens and additional equipment and services available for a fee (see below)
We do not provide food services; however, we welcome caterers or local restaurants. We are happy to provide some recommendations, if needed. We do not have an onsite catering kitchen, so we encourage you to discuss this with your caterer to ensure they are able to accommodate your needs.
Beer, wine, and seltzers are allowed. Liquor must be served by a licensed vendor.
Live music/DJ is allowed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00pm

Exclusive Use Barn Venue Fee: $500
Some groups and events just need a few cottages and use of the Barn Venue. We totally get that!
In that case, we encourage you to simply peruse our website, select your favorite cottages and book those directly via our website. If you are not looking for exclusive use of the Barn Venue, there’s no additional fee.
However, if you need or prefer exclusive use of the Barn Venue, that’s no problem! There is an additional fee to limit use of the Barn from other guests. Once you’ve booked your cottages, you can reply to your emailed reservation confirmation to let us know you prefer exclusive use and we’ll get that set up for you! We will ensure a “Private Event” sign is setup at the Barn during your stay.

5 AvailableWe have up to (5) 72 inch round tables available for guest use. Each table comes with a white floor length tablecloth.

32 AvailableWhite resin folding garden chair with white vinyl padded seat.

4 Heaters availableThis rental includes an outdoor heater and one 20 lb. propane tank. Estimated burn time is 8-10 hours.

We can move or rearrange furniture to suit your needs! An Anson Arbor Farm Team Member will work with you to determine the best set up for your event and then execute the set up for you.

Spacious Interior: 650 SF conditioned indoor space - 24’ x 27’ with large flat screen TV, lounge seating, tables for board games, and restroom
Flexible Setup: Versatile arrangements to suit various functions, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations
Patio Space: 1,450 SF gravel patio space with bonfire pit
Recreational Space: 810 SF of green turf recreational area with string lights, adirondack seating, cornhole and BBQ grill
Serene Surroundings: Surrounded by 20 acres of nature and beautiful outdoor areas perfect for photos and outdoor activities
Food & Beverage: We do not provide any food services. You are welcome to cater in your preference!
