At Anson Arbor Farm, it is our goal to transform events into cherished memories. The Barn is a newly renovated indoor/outdoor space designed for celebrating life’s special moments, from micro weddings & elopements, to birthdays, reunions, retreats, or corporate team meetings. Whether you’re gathering for a special occasion or a long overdue reunion, we provide the perfect backdrop for your celebration ensuring every moment is unforgettable.

PACKAGES

  • This package is perfect for a brunch, afternoon, or evening event such as a rehearsal dinner, wedding/baby shower, corporate/team dinner, local family reunion, or holiday party. 

    Includes:

    ·      8 hours exclusive use of the indoor and outdoor spaces at the barn venue

    ·      Five 72” round tables

    ·      Four 72” rectangular tables

    ·      White, floor length table linens

    ·      32 white, wooden garden chairs with padded seats

    ·      6 burner gas grill

    ·      Bonfire pit – unlimited pre-chopped firewood available

    ·      Large flat screen Smart TV

    ·      Bluetooth Speakers

    We do not provide food services; however, we welcome caterers or local restaurants.  We are happy to provide some recommendations, if needed.  We do not have an onsite catering kitchen, so we encourage you to discuss this with your caterer to ensure they are able to accommodate your needs.

    The Anson Arbor Farm team will be available to assist with the set-up of tables and chairs, but we are not responsible for place settings or table decor, etc.

    Beer, wine, and seltzers are allowed.  Liquor must be served by a licensed vendor.

    Live music/DJ is allowed.  Quiet hours begin at 10:00pm

  • This package is great for family or friend groups traveling together who desire their own personal accommodations, but need a communal space to gather for meals, to catch a game on the big screen, play corn hole, or to sit around the fire. 

    Includes:

    ·      Rented cottages

    ·      2 night minimum

    ·      Private use of the indoor/outdoor spaces at the barn venue

    ·      Five 72” round tables

    ·      Four 72” rectangular tables

  • It is always our honor to host a wedding weekend at the farm!  Our goal to help our brides achieve their wedding vision and ensure it’s a seamless process.  To ensure your wedding is not interrupted by other guests, this package automatically includes all 12 cottages. 

     Full package includes:

    ·      All 12 Cottages – Sleeps 24

    ·      Up to an additional 150 offsite guests

    ·      2 night minimum

    ·      Exclusive use of the indoor and outdoor spaces at the barn venue

    ·      Five 72” round tables

    ·      Four 72” rectangular tables

    ·      White floor length table linens

    ·      32 white wooden garden chairs with padded seats

    ·      6 burner gas grill

    Guest Capacity:

    The number of guests we can accomodate varies based on the style of wedding/reception you have in mind. For a more formal sit down meal, we can accommodate 32 guests. For a buffet style reception, we can accommodate up to 175 in our indoor/outdoor spaces.

    Food & Beverage:

    We do not provide food services; however, we welcome caterers or local restaurants.  We are happy to provide some recommendations, if needed.  We do not have an onsite catering kitchen, so we encourage you to discuss this with your caterer to ensure they are able to accommodate your needs.

    There are approximately 12-18 parking spaces in the gravel

    Overflow parking is available for an additional 40-50 cars in a mowed field

Spacious Interior: 650 SF conditioned indoor space - 24’ x 27’ with large flat screen TV, lounge seating, tables for board games, and restroom
Flexible Setup: Versatile arrangements to suit various functions, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations
Patio Space: 1,450 SF gravel patio space with bonfire pit
Recreational Space: 810 SF of green turf recreational area with string lights, adirondack seating, cornhole and BBQ grill
Serene Surroundings: Surrounded by 20 acres of nature and beautiful outdoor areas perfect for photos and outdoor activities

Food & Beverage: We do not provide any food services. You are welcome to cater in your preference!
